Terms & Policies

Please ensure you read all our terms and policies prior to booking. 

Rates

Our rates fluctuate based on demand, time of year (winter & summer), weekends/weekdays, and holidays. Rates may change without notice until your reservation is confirmed. Your reservation is subject to all applicable taxes.

1. All reservations must be cancelled with 10 full days notice prior to your arrival for a refund. 21 full days notice for all reservations over holidays and/or group reservations.
2. Guests who do not fulfill their reservation or fail to cancel within the time period specified above will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
3. ALL cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made via email to troutlakecozycabins@gmail.com (no exceptions).
4. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances including but not limited to: weather, illness, transportation problems, etc. Please understand we are a destination property that is dependent upon advance reservations rather than drive-by traffic.

Reservations

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Most dates require a minimum stay of two or more nights. Some holiday's require a 3 night minimum stay. If there is a one night gap between reservations the system will allow you to book it. If you would like a 1 night reservation and the online booking engine won't allow it, please contact us to see if we can accommodate the 1 night stay.

 

Note: Please call us to inquire about accommodating 1-night stays, group sizes larger than those allowed by our online booking engine, or if you would like to be added to a waiting list.  If a cabin is not available for the entire duration of your desired stay, please call to inquire about the possibility of changing cabins to accommodate your entire stay. 

Pets

We welcome pets in all of our cabins for a charge of $25.00 per pet per stay with the following expectations: 1.) They must be on a leash when outside of your cabin at all times (no exceptions); 2.) They must not be left in your cabin unattended; 3.) They must be quiet and well-mannered; 4.) All pets must be clean, groomed, and house trained; 5.) They must not be allowed on furniture or beds; 6.) Guests shall clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.

Guests with pets shall be fully responsible for their pets actions and charges for damages or excessive cleaning (indoors or outdoors) as a result of pets may be assessed. If a pet accompanies you and is not paid for prior to arrival, you may be charged $50.00.

Cancellation Policy

Housekeeping

There will be no housekeeping during your stay. However, we are a phone call away if you need absolutely anything. There is an extra supply room on the property for you to get extra towels, and supplies. We usually keep an extra set of sheets, pillows, and blankets in each cabins closet. We encourage you to hang towels to dry to reduce water, chemical, and electricity consumption. Garbage can be taken to the 4 garbage cans located in the lean-to next to the shed. Guests may incur additional charges for any damages or unusual/ extraordinary cleaning required following or as a result of their stay (both indoors and outdoors).

We do not supply wood for our fire pit. It is your responsibility to purchase or bring wood (please refrain from chopping our trees down on our property to obtain wood). Wood can be purchased at the Little Mountain True Value Hardware store and Trout Lake Grocery store. Please pay attention to the sign at the fire pit as well as Klickitat County burn ban dates if the fire pit will be available (typical burn ban is in effect June - September). Absolutely no fires allowed during the burn ban!

Smoking

No smoking of any form is allowed inside our cabins! Smoking is only allowed outside and must be at least 15ft away from any doors and windows. A fee of $300 will be charged for smoking indoors.

Damages

Guests are financially responsible for all damages incurred during their stay including labor and repair and/or replacement costs.
