FAQ's about our Cabins
What is in your Kitchenettes?
Our Kitchenettes come complete with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and small refrigerator. There is also a small electric skillet. We also supply each kitchenette with plates, cups, wine glasses, and silverware. Our silverware doesn't include sharp knives for cutting meat, we suggest our guests to bring this if they need a sharp knife for cutting. We do not provide mixing bowls, or serving platters.
Each cabin comes equipped with a place setting in each cabin as follows:
Cabin #1- place setting for 2 ppl
Cabin #2 - place setting for 4 ppl
Cabin #3 - place setting for 4 ppl
Cabin #4 - place setting for 2 ppl
Cabin #5 - place setting for 6 ppl. This cabin has a full kitchen which includes a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher.
Do you provide sheets, towels, and coffee?
Yes, we sure do! All of our cabins are equipped like a standard hotel. We provide sheets, towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and bath toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Do you have a laundry facility?
We do! It's located in the Ice Room and costs $2.00 per load. Please plan to bring your own laundry soap and fabric softner.
Is your BBQ charcoal or propane?
Our BBQ's are propane based and we provide the propane during your stay
Where is your ice room and how do I get inside?
There is a red horseshoe key located in your cabin in the kitchen. Use this key to get inside the ice room located on the left side of the main building. There is a sign on the door says ice room. In the ice room you can find extra supplies such as towels, wash cloths, hand towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, wine openers, toilet paper, paper towels, and DVD's. If you however need absolutely anything else during your stay please don't hesitate to give us a call at 509-395-2068 and we would be happy to get you anything you need.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3PM, check-out is at 11AM.
Is there a local grocery store in town?
Yes! The Trout Lake grocery store is located right in the small town of Trout Lake. You can get many of the necessities at the grocery store such as milk, eggs, chips, etc.
What is your Cancellation Policy OR if I need to make changes to my reservation?
ALL Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made via email (no exceptions). Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Holidays and group reservations require 3 weeks notice while other dates require 10 FULL days notice. ***Guests who do not fulfill their reservation or fail to cancel within the time period specified above may be charged the full amount of their reservation.
I've arrived and my BBQ isn't lighting?
Our BBQ's sometimes need a little lighting help, each cabin has a long handled BBQ lighter located under the sink in your kitchen. Use that to light your BBQ. Spare propane tanks can be found under the lean-to shed near the ice room if needed.
Where is the trash located on the property?
During your stay we aim to give you additional trash bags inside your garbage can. The trash can be placed under the lean-to located next to the shed on the left side of our property. Please place your garbage in one of the 4 trash cans.
